Possible issue for discussion:
There are a lot of newsletters on Substack. Some have many subscribers. Many have some subscribers. And some have no subscribers yet.
When it comes to attracting more subscribers, do you feel like a small fish in a big pond (Substack with its many newsletters)?
Or, to use another marine metaphor, do you feel the rising tide (the popularity of Substack and newsletters) lifts all boats?
