Nominations would occur each day by hashtag on Twitter. Or you could send me a nomination. (Maybe I'd dedicate a section or post on Sub Pub to nominations in comments.)
You could nominate your own newsletter/post or someone else's.
A newsletter or post could be new – or new to you – or something you've wanted to tell people about for a while.
I'd hope for nominees in any language. (Google Translate for the win!)
Very cool idea. I write investrly and we complete focus on empowering you to invest early in yourself. Anyway to collaborate and share together Is a great way to grow community. I will be watching this.
While nominating someone else is more selfless, I feel that people may be justifiably proud in their own work. Maybe they've just posted something that they're really happy with or that might be relevant to a lot of people. If so, I'd like to read it!
I think my writing is brilliant and worth sharing which is why I started posting, so now I’m here nominating myself as the best sharer because I think highly of myself.
Your writing has made me laugh out loud twice in these comments. So I am going to read some of your newsletter and might just agree with you about your writing (and reason for sharing).
Great post! (I love playing with words. Maybe I coulda been Bob Dylan. 🤔)
Though the "competition" hasn't started yet, I'll award a medal 🥇 (The secret of #SubstackOTD is the potential for multiple Substacks of the Day. So if I give you a gold, that doesn't mean that I or anyone else can't do likewise with another post. And you might get multiple golds. I feel there is no silver or bronze.)
While I'd love to nominate myself, I'll recommend someone else instead. This newsletter is a great source of evidence-based and clear information about Covid-19. Mainly USA focused but relevant to all. https://yourlocalepidemiologist.substack.com/

A pretty interesting idea. I would nominate myself although that might be pretty self involved of me.

Well, mine is one you're already subscribed to. It's tvphilosophy.substack.com
I am also self involved so I guess we should go for it.
🤣 I wonder, if we weren't self-involved at all, would we even publish newsletters? 🤔
This is so meta… 🙃

well, we used to call it "selling out" back in the day, but honestly, if I don't toot my horn, no one else will (so to speak!) #riclexel.substack.com
Hi Scott! This post was a bit different from my usual "craft-focused," but it's light fun:

Thank you for the opp to share! Have a GREAT weekend --

Plus here's a great story with a nice quirky title from a different substack
What's the story? 🙂
This article's a particularly interesting one. It reminds us how little we really know about Covid-19. https://yourlocalepidemiologist.substack.com/p/covid19s-impact-on-the-brain
And here's the one with the quirky title, from a different substack. https://closecontacts.substack.com/p/a-margarita-a-day-keeps-the-covid
Thanks for all the comments!
Tomorrow I'll post the "official rules" for Substack of the Day. ☺️
