The URL I've embedded is the desktop version. The URL you'd get from the TikTok app is the mobile version. At the moment, only the desktop URL is embeddable. I've asked Substack to consider supporting the mobile URL. For now, you'd need to open the mobile URL in a desktop browser to get the (embeddable) desktop URL.
