I've seen complaints by newsletter creators about Substack support. Some say:
it's not easy to find the support email address
support takes too long to respond or doesn't respond
replies from support aren't helpful
Personally, I've waited about a week for replies. The replies were friendly and fairly helpful. But I feel it's typically faster and better to post a question as a comment to a Substack blog post or to ask the question to other newsletter creators on Facebook, Reddit, or their newsletters.
